I've won 28 games in 2 days and both times I played rocket rush I didn't receive any points for winning all those games. When rocket rush was over, both times it said I had zero points so I didn't get a chance to win.
I am having same problem. I often feel if you are doing well and winning a lot suddenly the ‘glitches’ happen. So annoying

Please try the following it may reset things for you 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
That has happened to me as well in the past. I found that I need to win a regular level before starting rocket rush. Also, when I do start rocket rush I check after the first win to make sure its counting. Other things that may be impacting are if you have Soda Crush up on another device, as well as clearing your Soda Crush cache.
