Bear climb issues

What in the world is going on this this challenge??? First, I had cleared 12 levels and for no reason the game dropped me back to level 1. Thats not the first time thats happened. Now, I've passed levels again and all of the sudden I have a negative bear balance! Unreal!

we've noted that for some players the recommended solution is not working - but we're currently working on a fix that hopefully will be live on Monday next week, so hopefully your issue will be fixed then!
