Sugar silver league not collecting

On the Sugar (super) silver league the blues are not accumulating in the score. Score is the same. Playing the game the stripes show clearly they are accumulating however blues ran out of battery or something. I am at the same score as yesterday and just keep collecting blues without progresson my score.

Hey there @JillyJill and thanks for letting us know, please try these steps first of all:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Your Player ID
Your Game Version
What device you play on

Then we can look into this further!
