'Shaking' game

Question

I have noticed recently that the Candy Crush Soda Saga gameplay area has started 'shaking' whenever I line up sodas. I don't know if I am imagining it or not, but as I suffer with epilepsy, this has become awkward for me, and I may have to stop playing as it is affecting me.

Sorry to hear that you are suffering because of our feature :(

As Korneel helpfully pointed out, this is a new feature that is toggle-able from the settings/accessibility menu. I will attach 2 screenshots showing the feature OFF vs Feature ON.

Please note that in the next version 1.316, we flipped the logic toggles and text, so that it is more intuitive. But while you're on version 1.315, you will see that menu like this.

Thanks for letting us know. Yes, the shaking was recently added.

However: You can just disable it in the settings/accessibility menu. Please let me know if that works for you!

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
