Didn't receive podium rewards

Question

I managed to finish in the top three for 3 consecutive days.  However, when opening the game the day after, I didn't receive my rewards and it just went straight to the next challenge.

I know others have had this problem before but the solutions offered don't work.  The app is up-to-date, I restarted my phone and cleared the cache but still nothing.

What gives?

Last few days i am also suffer with add issue my chances complete after my chances i don't get any reward with add so please resolve my problem as soon as possible

I understand your concern regarding your in-game rewards and I've got some good news for you.

I want to inform you that I've checked and I was able to see that our Player Support team has sent you the in-game rewards for the event. If those do not arrive immediately, please restart your game and check again.
