Hey, Yes, those 3 blue candies in a row should have been triggered. This is a known issue, and we actually have a fix for it already. It should be coming out pretty soon.

Hello and welcome to Soda sometimes we do have a glitch and this happens I've had it happen to me all games will glitch from time to time but please make sure your game and device is always up to date always make sure you have at least 2gb of data also you can do some troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache logging out ( do not uninstall and reinstall) turning the device off then back on and log back into the game if this continues to happen please feel free to let us know and I can have it looked into further thank you for sharing 😊
