For the issue related to the Rewards Pass, is it possible for you to reach out to support for this? Purchase related issues can be solved if you provide your receipt and any screenshots to them there. You do this by going to it via the game:

Open the game and go to settings
Press help center (the questionmark)
Press any article and scroll down
Press "Chat with us" or "Contact us" and describe the issue

For all events in the game though, it's important to note the timers and deadlines connected to them, but either way we appreciate the feedback on this feature as it may have been too short of a timer.

As for 4-In-A-Row and the Mastery Levels (the one by the pink door), thanks for sharing this as well. We've been working on making the Mastery Levels compatible with most events, but there are still some that are not connected. I will share this with the game studio, so thank you for letting us know.

updated to version 1.316.4 today and my Rewards Pass ( Collecting Caps) that I also paid to unlock the vault is missing as I see has happened to a few other players. I had not redeemed all rewards both free and paid and had not completed all levels in the event.

I am level 19150 and currently playing Mystery levels again which also sucks when playing quests like “4 in a row” and not having it regregister progress when playing this particular challenge.

I understand being at the end game and I appreciate the mystery but those mystery levels should be progress challenges such as in a row, etc.

but as far pass goes me paying to unlock the vault like I usually I am now losing money. This is not cool.

I don't play the side games like Rocket Ship any more because they rarely track my progress and it's a waste of time to play. I reported this numerous times and all I keep getting is advice to clear the cache, delete the app, reinstall, delete my Google Play account bring back my Google Play account. Nothing works. Also, I would like to know why I can't get past the 7th rung when I open up the app. I keep getting told that I missed a day and I've lost all my progress. Today I got that this afternoon, after I had already played the game in the morning. What is your definition of a day? 4 hours? Between the limited number of levels each week and all of these technical glitches, I'm playing a lot less and getting very disillusioned.

Lastly, what is the purpose of being named Helper of the Week in Bake a Cake if you don't get anything for it?

You can earn MANY useful boosters from different side games before playing a hard level. Daily Reward is also a good source of earning many rewards without doing anything.

After a week on the same plain hard level, no way it could done. Way, way to long. I’ll quit this game i’ve been plaiying for years very soon. Now you have to pay to succeed a level.

until Friday 3/13/26 everything was fine
(a) Ad server keeps crashing after an ad is viewed with Oops you didn't finish. Once in a while I can get to the 2nd ad before Oops. I updated the app but that led to: (b) the number tag on Events icon is no longer accurate. It's always a 1 no matter how many events © the honey graphics are horrible. (d) the font on Bake a Cake layers (i.e. 0/22, 1/5) are no longer easily legible. They are dark grey on dark purple and blend with no contrast. The choice of font might be a system default on my tablet. It doesn't seem to go with the other graphics and maybe my system doesn't have the font you picked.
Quit messing with it. You change cosmetic things for no apparent reason and often create difficulty adjusting to unnecessary visuals - font size, game size etc. We elders do have our visual acuity issues!!!! 😄

I have Android 7. Please test on Android 7 before you release. I will be happy to be a Beta Tester for you as I realize A7 is quite old. (but works fine!)

The graphics for 'clear the honey to save the bears' has recently changed. I think it looks gruesome, like the crime scene for a slasher movie.

It's too bad because I always thought the bears were so cute.

I been playing for years, but I'm about to delete the game. The so called hard levels are simply levels with not enough moves to ever complete unless you buy more. Suddenly its all about paying to play and there is absolutely no fun in it any more. I'm going back to Lemmings where even though some levels are complex, they are achievable without paying.

I think we need to recieve more freebies when completing levels or tasks I do pay on the game aswel but seem to pay for help more than we recieve

I have been trying to beat level 4133 for 3 days now and can't do it so I googled to watch a video on how to beat it and every video I watched level 4133 had 30 moved but I only 15 moves that's why I can't beat it I think I'm just going to stop playing it's too stressful I just don't understand why some people get 30 moves and I only get 15 it can't be won

ThThe Game has become too much about pay to play..you can barely win gold bars and in the yeti challenge you cant even win enough to play on..the booster times are so short, if you have to get up they are gone. You lose all the bottles at once even though ypu completed 5 in a row previously

I would like the opportunity to watch adds to get extra moves brought back . I like the way it used to be . The upper levels are hard enough when you have the opportunity to get extra moves now its evening hardee . I Spend days on the same level and it sucks the fun out of the game. I cant win rewards as often or any at all. I really like bake a cake but now the easier levels i used to beat i cant even beat now. I feel like I'm not contributing to my team. Sorry I just think the changes are not a good idea. I played a lot more and looked forward to playing but not as much anymore.

eu até tinha uma ideia para acrescentar ao jogo só que ela se encontra no meu caderno, mas vou tirar um dia para explicar melhor, mas fora disso gosto muito dos gráficos e das combonações entre os doces cada explosão e combinação é como se fosse um plano dando certo só estou no nivel 1000 e tal mas eu quero quer não eu vou chegar até o nivel 1.000.000.000 porque a cada nivel criado eu vou superá-lo com doces especiais ou sem doces especiais, espero não ter escrevido muito, mas eu respeito muito o vosso trabalho e admiro muito a vossa consistência no mercado de jogo, MÁXIMO RESPEITO.

Hey there @BCrackers, do you mean the login reward? What happened there, did you see it and then it didn't get added to your inventory? Some of the boosters are timed, so wondering if they may have been lost to time as well.

For the Hard Level, that's a good point, do you have a screenshot of the 4-in-a-row goal and the level that didn't work? I'd like to report this to the developers if possible!

My favorite events are Bake-a-Cake and Rocket Rush because they give the best rewards. I am on a great bakery team! I also like the 4-in-a-Row event, especially because I can play previous levels. It is helpful if the other players are active, too. I like to choose when I start special events, such as Yeti's Challenge, Soda Race, etc. because I might not be able to play for 30-45 minutes at one time.

2.🔧 What isn’t working so well for you?

I prefer the Win Streak feature to only go back one level when I fail a level rather than losing my streak completely. I also would like to be able to edit my list of friends since some of them do not play regularly or at all anymore.

3.✨ What would make the game even better?

I would like to see more opportunities to win gold bars, in existing events or even in Wunderballs. The Soda Race could offer a bigger prize of gold bars. I would rather have boosters that are not timed, so I could use them whenever I want.

Nice to hear that you're liking the new features, and it's understandable that things feels tough when the rewards change in some of the events.

For clarification, some of the events also update not in realtime - which can cause players to look like they "jump" in progress, but in either case it's good feedback to us in how it is seen and feels in the game.

I also got a bit curious about the menu and high tech features. Is there something specific that you don't like or would like to see there?

a. Watered down boosters from Treasure Hunt, Bear Climb and Rocket Rush

b. Controlled players in Soda Race and 4 in a Row.

* Soda Race – sometimes they either jump numerous levels in a speed of light or no one advances at all.

* 4 in a Row – offline players block the completing squares most of the time.

c. Not being able to communicate with your team. Bring back the chat. No one is interested in robotic repeated news.

d. Aesthetic. I’m sorry to say but the menu is quite ugly and puerile. Please make it more suitable for adults. Bring some sophistication and maybe some high tech features?

e. Rainbow Streak – I don’t understand the changes on this one. What’s with the diminishing boosters when advancing and losing all bottles when failing or not being able to play regularly?

f. Forced landing of Batula. He wants to play so just make him dance, play ball, fly around, whatever suits him.

✨ What would make the game even better?

a. Fixed the ones that are not working well stated above.

b. The original version of Bubblegum Hill was well loved, why not bring that back.

c. I personally enjoyed the Grand Trophy Soda Cup. Design a different competition event. Make something that will incentivize players to play.

d. Create a level search feature. Players have been asking this for the nth time.

e. Make the game in itself interactive or with teammates.
