Discrepancies

Question

Why is there such a discrepancy in rewards from when I play on my phone vs on my laptop.  I am signed in on both,  should they not be the same?  Also,  why are there reward videos to get boosters on my phone but not on the computer.  If I play 2 days on my phone , it says I missed a day on my computer and vice versa,  even though i did not miss a day.

Thanks for reporting!

For the play-level screen:

* For the Play-with-ads button: That button will only appear if there is an ad loaded and ready to go. There are other conditions too, but it should appear eventually. Do let us know if it never does.
* For the amount of boosters that you have available: Unfortunately, that's normal. Booster rewards that you get are not synchronized between devices (for various reasons). So, getting boosters on your phone will not add those boosters on your laptop.

For the daily login bonus:

That very much looks like a bug.. I'll pass that on to the rest of the development team!

Hey there @Gardengirl_20, It's understandable that this is confusing for you since you play on two platforms.

In our games there are a lot of different versions of events being tested, and when you play on different devices, you may be included in a test specific for smartphones or desktop which causes these differences.

Some events are also local to the device such as the Daily Bonus.

So unfortunately you may not always get a 100% same experience on one device as the other, and we recommend that you play in the setup that suits you the most in terms of in-game events.

I've noted this feedback down though and will share it with the game studio for them to look at.
