Hey there @chelmcma, it sounds like something probably went wrong with the game. Did you manage to get your Reward Pass in the end? We recommend reaching out to Support with any purchase issues so it can be resolved, this is done by doing the following:

Open the game and go to settings
Press Help Center (?)
Go to any article and scroll down
Press "Contact us" or "Chat with us" to get help
