What happened to all my boosts?

What happened to all my boosts? I had almost 30 of everything. They are gone! I have not played in a few months but that doesn't mean you can take away the boosts I earned! What is going on?

Hey there @mlamore thanks for reaching out and sorry this happened.

Your boosters shouldn’t disappear just because you haven’t played for a while, so something else is likely going on. In Soda, boosters are saved locally on the device. This means they can be lost if, for example:

* You changed phone/tablet or are playing on a different device than before
* The game/app was reinstalled or updated in a way that cleared local data
* The device’s memory/cache was cleared or the operating system was reset

Could you check if you’re playing on the same device and the same account (Facebook/King account) as when you earned those boosters?

If any of the missing boosters were purchased, please get in touch with Support from within the game (Settings → Help Center → Contact Us) and include your Player ID and a rough idea of what’s missing. The team can then take a closer look at your account and see how they can help.
