I deleted my account. How do I get it back?

Question

a few days  I deleted my account on my iPad because I was having issues with  having to log out and log back in to get my Facebook icon. I thought if I just use Candy Crush Soda with just my Facebook login but now it is not working at all. Can someone please tell me how I can get my account back thank you. I did make a new account with the same email, but it’s like starting over with  one when I was over 10,000 please help me. I’m lost without playing my game.

Thank you for the info and responding. After making a new king account, I’m still not able to sync my progress from Facebook, it still puts me at level. How do I contact customer support?

Hi my friend sorry you have experienced this problem

If you had previously been saving  your progress once you play any level then restart your device your progress should reaper

For unsaved progress you can select the contact us tab bottom of this page its not guaranteed but our customer support may be able to manually restore your levels

You could also create a king account which works better as it will sync your progress across any devices you may use you can do this by selecting the cog setting icon top right of your Game then select the first orange icon and select the green email tab 💓
