I have already paid for multiple booster packs, but have not received all of the boosters. I tried to log out, but when I went to update my email, it said that the email and password combination was incorrect.
Hey there, please check that there are no spelling errors or spaces added both to the email address and the password.
If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to support via the game instead to get additional help with this.
Just as a reassurance though, if you reinstall the game, the boosters will be lost - but your gold bars and progress is stored in your account - so it should always be there if you're able to log back in.
I if tried to reset my password AND my email and it's not working.
II don't want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game because I don't want to lose my progress if I can't log back in.
Hey there @KathrynBalsinger, sorry to hear that. If you can't access your account, you should be able to reset your password so that you can login again.
If you login, you should have access to your progress and boosters again if you haven't reinstalled the game!
