Since I signed into King, I have lost a significant amount of perks used before game and the ones you use during game. I both earned and paid for them
Hey there @Brandi28326 apologies about the slow reply - as I'm operating from Sweden I got back to this as soon as I could here in the morning.
Thanks for sharing the additional details. As I am a bit limited when it comes to purchase related issues, I posted separately how this can be solved by reaching out to the support in the game. I'm sure that there will be a way to solve this so that you can continue your journey in the game.

Screenshot 20260610-142034 shows not only the perks that show before each level but also the ones during the level I forgot about. The lollipop, the medallion looking thing, the hand...all of which I had about 13-18 of. There is also a wheel not pictured but I only had like 2 of those.

Now each of these purchases were the specials were you could spend 4.99 for one then the next in a tier of them. With the exception I spent 10 on and the one I spent 40 on

I had no reason to screenshot my perks prior to losing them. It's the ones that show up when you click on a level to play. Wrapped candy, stripped candy, the marble looking ball, the disco looking ball and the fish. I had between 28 and 33 of each. Maybe more bc I had just purchased a large deal. I do know I had 119 gold bars. It's bad enough I had to start at level 1 while being on almost the 300 game. Doing so without the benefits I'd win or bought bc I further connected to the game is beyond not right. Again I will send bank proof and see if there is a way to get google purchase history. There has to be a remedy or way to make me whole given it wasnt am error on my end.
Also I appreciate the speed and quality of the replies.
