Hey there @Goofey3, please try these things first of all:

* Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
* Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
* Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
* Clear Cache:* 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
* 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I'd also try to log out and and log in to the game again just to make sure that the purchase just wasn't late.

Few munutws back paid for coins / life , amount got deducted but life / coin did not get updated and msg recd on screen " error try after some time". How do i get back the amount paid
