Is this a big/glitch in level 5735?

Unable to clear the bears in the level 5735. Last bear is stuck in the corner and is not moving! Used powers, coins.... Please do the needful

I’m unable to move the last bear. It stays in the same spot. I’ve used gold and 2 “wands” to clear it. Nothing had worked.
