Cannot connect to the internet

Question

I am suddenly getting the message "connection to the internet has been lost" when opening Candy Crush Soda Saga. I have tried restarting the router and restarting the game. I know that the internet is working properly as it is operating normally for everything else. Can you help?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I am on a pc not an android device - but have carried out your advice equivalent for Windows and unfortunately it hasn't worked.

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
