Since Level 10700 (approximately )there are never more than 18 moves possible, and most of the time even only 15. Some levels are not winnable anymore despite all kind of boosters used. Is this a glitch or are you just hating your players?

It's not based on your level. They've just totally changed the parameters for the whole game. The usual amount of moves used to be around 28 give or take a few moves. Now they only give about 14 which makes it impossible to win without using multiple boosters or watching 6 ads per game to get extra moves and boosters, which often times doesn't even help to win the game. I've been playing this game a long time (in the 13000's levels currently) and I used to never watch ads to pass a level. Now I can't complete a level without watching at least 6 ads, wasting nearly 3 minutes or more just to complete one level. Rather than make the games more challenging, King keeps trying to develop more ways to make more money. I'm sure some game addicts will spend their hard earned money, but I won't.
This is happening to the earlier levels as well. I recently played through levels 1226-1308, and most of them had exactly 15 moves. They were not originally like this.
EDIT: Played through levels 1309-1327 tonight, and almost all of them had exactly 15 moves
Nope, this has nothing to do with "more challenging" thats just impossible to win

I am on level 11561 (it changed for me around level 11550).
I also thought it was a glitch. My moves were not limited when I was on 10700, so they clearly changed the game.
That is not even remotely true.
They have limited the number of moves to the point that it is no longer enjoyable. It has nothing to do with higher levels being harder; it has to do with them changing the game.

As we move up to higher levels the games do become more challenging in different ways but all are completable they just take more perseverance 💓
