Level 12161 Impossible

I've reached level 12161, but this level with only 15 moves is literally impossible to pass.

I've looked thru the post and there's even a video on YouTube. However, on the video of this level there is 32 moves to pass.

Why do I only get 15 moves?

Because they changed the game and reduced the number of moves per level. Now you have to pay for boosters to complete the levels.
