Request to Cancel Pending Purchase

Hello,

I would like to cancel this pending purchase.

I was charged 1,790 KZT, but now I’m also being asked to pay 7,790 KZT, and I don’t understand why.

Because of this pending payment, I can’t download any other apps from the App Store. I also can’t sign in to my account.

My username in the game is “nurik”.

Please cancel this purchase and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

And if it goes through and you'd like to refund the purchase, you can contact our support via the game by going to the game and then these instructions:

Including any receipts will also help speed up the process.
