Bug in Level 4041

Hello @LoFiGummy it's your pal Kev Kage once again! Thanks for getting the last issue looked at - problem solved!

This time there is a bug I discovered in Level 4041. If you swap a color bomb and coloring candy, it only blows up the jelly ring that's closest to it instead of both as it should. This implements hitting the three-star score because it requires making more moves than needed at the top half of the level.
