Super Candy Disappears

Twice now I noticed when I got to the last level of a chapter, my super candy disappeared even though I won the previous level and moved forward. It's like the game blinked while I was advancing (between levels and on the map page) and I lost my win streak and my super candy when I needed it the most. Why is the game doing that to me? Do I not spend enough on extra moves and other helpers? I just advanced to level 6740 but I dont even want to play it because I should have had some earned assistance.

I will perform your troubleshooting suggestions but that doesn't bring my super candy back for the level I needed it on. I've been playing off and on for like 14 years and this is the most disappointed I've been about this game since I started.

The super candy should remain whilst you win levels on your first attempt

Hopefully this is just a blip

Please first try the following lets see if a reset helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
