I can't open the game - nothing happens when I click on the icon. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but didn't work. Help please.

Hi my friend we have been notified that it is an actual know issue with windows users and our team are working on a fix
Unfortunately I do not have an estimated time to give you but it is classed as priority so hopefully very soon

I can't tell you how much longer this will take. We won't be getting any new information over the weekend, either.
This is day 4 - how long does it take? It would be a nice gesture if those affected were given some sort of compensation.
Hi @Norma_Loewen there is a known issue for Windows users. I, too, can no longer play on my Windows 11 laptop. Please bookmark this thread; Windows players are being kept up to date there:
The cache is clear, there are no updates, windows 11, and I don't know ID number as I can't get into the game. Thanks

It may be frozen
Can you First please try clearing the game cache from your device settings as overloaded cache can cause issues and check you have no pending updates lets see if it helps
If not please reply with your device details, your game ID and the platform you use and I will then raise the issue for you ๐
