I just made an in app purchase. Money was deducted from my account but I was not given what I bought. How can we fix that?

I’m sorry your purchase didn’t arrive. Purchases cannot be checked or restored here in the Community, but Player Support can look into the transaction for you.
Please open the game and go to Settings > Help Center, select the article that best matches your purchase issue, scroll to the bottom, and tap Chat With Us.
When contacting them, please include your purchase receipt or order number, but don’t share any payment details publicly here in the Community.
