Force close apps and restart your device. Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Just close it and try it a second time. I usually get it going the second time.
same for me, on some of them, I find if I click ok and then try again, it works.
miserable what has been happening to this game, not as enjoyable as it used to be!
It's been like that for about 3 weeks for me.
Scroll back through the discussions and support forum, and you'll see dozens of other comments about it. They nerfed the game so that you have to buy stuff to pass levels.
