Dear buddy., Your message is very sweet, yet not what happened yesterday. The pretence was indeed bold and a lie. None of the CMs were involved in a change requested only for one's own comfort. When I tried to point out as such, I was told off in not such a sweet way. And it's not the first time this happened.
That said, I agree with you for your friend's other luminous qualities. But these cannot be an excuse for yesterday's behavior.
