Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix! Can you please give us more information @asteria? I assume that you are referring to Bubblegum Hill because that is where you will find him. But I don't know what you mean about the bonus being blocked in molasses. Can you possibly do a print screen by following the steps from here.

When i click on the top (circled in red), i have no bonus. I have the image 2 which appears. Can you explain, thank you.

That is the gumball machine and you can a free booster. Are you playing the game through Facebook or King because you have to be playing the game through one of them in order to get this reward. I'm not sure why they are saying Bubblegum Troll because that part where you circled is for the gumball goodies.
