I have bought $2.99 purchases only and often didn't receive them but I didn't worry about as it was only $2.99 but it has happened so many times now it's ridiculous! What is going on and how do I get my money back??

U do need to feedback after 1st time failure instead of repeated failed without having gold bars... u need to email support with ur account id for them to check
