Hey, sorry if she didn't answer yet. Keep in mind it is, "Happy Fathers Day Weekend". So maybe busy with family? Or it might have been "Server" issues? May not have gone through.
I had to apply a couple of times myself, till it got to her.
I would send the request again thru the "Soda Squad Team App", be sure to use the "Code". Then on Mon. if you have not heard from her, repost here. Only the "Admin" can approve you on a "Private" team.

Here is info below on my team, in case you haven't found one yet.
You can use the "Soda Squad Team App" in your game. Then go to the "Search bar" in Teams Soda Squad App for codes, or to locate our team "LOL Lollipops".
Only the "Admin", can approve you on a "Private" team. So might want to tag, post her / @candycrushinit here, also.
This way all bases are covered, in case she didn't get the 1st request.
