Not only is it negative - it is annoying. Anyone that has played your games knows that you will fail multiple times before passing. Stupid addition whomever thought that one up!

HI @ninininin unfortunately your idea is more of frustration and anger. This area is for suggesting detailed ideas on how to improve the game. Will be suggesting that this be moved to the support area.

This is not an idea and we take this area very seriously as it is for the improvement of the games. Which should then be implemented. I read out a lot of frustration and anger. I would suggest that you take a break first and continue later. Maybe it could be moved to the support area.

Responding to Someone Who is Angry

1) Just listen

2) Don’t worry about agreeing

3) Relate and empathize

4) Change directions once they have calmed (any resistance is not calm enough)

5) Invite their views on a solution

6) KINDLY EDUCATE IF NOT UNDERSTANDING - ESPECIALLY FOR A NEWBEE!
