Has anyone else realized that level 2741 is mathematically impossible to pass?

I've looked up level 2741 on a few sites that offer videos and every time there's a glitch that reduces the required amount of orders for the player to pass. Apparently, you just have to keep playing the level over and over until the glitch arrives. Otherwise, it's impossible. You need to collect 10 cream blockers in 11 moves. The blockers are spawned every third move and there are never more than 3 spawned at a time. So, even if you collect all 3 creams each time they appear, you'll never get a total of 10 in 11 moves. The first opportunity to get 3 is on move #4. The second opportunity is on move #7. The third opportunity is on move #10. You will have a maximum of 9 creams collected. You have to wait another 3 moves for any more to appear, which takes you past the 11 move limit.  Just curious if anyone else has noticed this?
