I honestly thought it was a glitch in the auto updates because that is when it was happening in not only my games but all of my friend's as well. It did not set me back to level 1 on my levels but on all my daily bonuses.

I don't play on a Apple device. Now all daily bonuses have been lost as the games auto updated. I already tried logging out and back in on both FB and games. I also have cleared cache from everything. Nothing has helped! 

I didn't get it fixed. It looks like no one in fact has had it fixed. I don't think they actually care.

I completely agree because it is frustrating to get so far ahead just for a stupid glitch to reset everything. 

Has this been solved or answered? It started me back as well. 

We will be doing a replay of Thanksgiving. My sister lives out in the middle of no where so it is good for the soul. There is zero WiFi, nothing for miles, and plenty of great company
