always contact the support centre . Found them super helpful at getting any connection issues sorted . Depending on what device you play on could be to do with available storage space . I found once I upgraded my device with more storage I have never had the same issue again . Hope this help ☺️

Don’t you find it strange that no support has been given on this issue . I have adds through the day working but in the evening time UK it stops the adds at end of your game to complete the level ?

I started level 12846 and completed on 12860 i didn’t notice the episode race start as I have never experienced this glitch before. I started the next episode on 12861 and I am now on level 12874. I’m a bit annoyed as missed on extra boosters or gold bars . Fingers crossed I win this episode
