Elsa, I followed the link you shared and filled out the form but it has twice redirected me back to this community. No help.

Elsa, I followed those instructions and now when I go back to play, logged back in through Facebook, all my hammers are gone. I had 45 and now I have 3 like I just logged on for the fist time. Help!
