Sorry after studying the bottles closer I no longer seem to be entitled to a colouring candy. Why is that?

When you start a new game you used to get a colouring candy but I don’t seem to get one any more. Is that right?

Have had same problem for two days running. Used to be two hours now 5 mins. Whats the point of that. Also only 15 mins of free play where it used to be 30.
