I can not believe that you have still not been able to fix this error. I reported this on the 27 July & it is now the 10 August. I am still not able to connect or login. I am from South Africa. Surely the programmers can find a solution by now.

Same problem I am having as well. I am using iPhone. All updates have been done & phone was rebooted but I still cannot connect. this is definitely a glitch on your side as the other games are playing fine. I keep being told that there is no connection
