I recently played and was in 1st place. I am unable to collect my rewards but understand that there is a problem that is being addressed. Hope it doesn't take too long to correct

I was purchasing 100 gold bars at a time. Guess I won't have that option again, I am disappointed.

I haven't had any piggy bank options for more than a couple of months. I was up to a high level of 300 but haven't gotten any help from anyone. Guess I won't be able to purchase any. I was paying for them. In the past someone has gotten them back for me.

I still haven't received by Piggy bank gold bars since I wrote to you on August 5, 2023. I was at a high level of bars in my bank. Please fix it. It was fixed before from your end. It is frustrating to lose it. Chase
