Hello everyone! I am really sorry but Candy Crush Saga is not officially available for Blackberry devices so we are unable to offer support on this. Apart from reinstalling (please note you will lose your Boosters) I am not sure of any other troubleshooting tips to advise for this. Thanks!

Hi @keekee1 what device are you playing the game on? Do you mean the app icon has disappeared? Can you check in the apple/play store and see if it is still downloaded? Thanks!
