Candy crush level 1336, clock thingy?

I don't know what they are calling this obstacle but I would like to know how to get rid of it please? It looks like a clock with only one hand. The hand starts slowly then increases in speed until it shots out other obstacles. I have knocked them off the board but I'm not sure how I did.
