  • Hi @Lola_Pop, I tried all the suggestions reinstall, restart, logout etc. It still same issue. Also i play the other candy crush games without problem(saga, friends, jelly) only this candy games has the problem. I have 2 gb free memory space in my device. Thank you.

  • My device is samsung galaxy note 8. Game app version 1.171.5 (looked from google playstore) When i open the game first it freeze at this screen. Then i restart the game it works fine until i enter the game. When i enter the level it comes with pink bakcground.

  • No i tried all the solutions but no one works. I deleted the game may be coming weeks it will be update and solve.
