No, it's not a misunderstanding and whilst you're probably being told what to say - King should really tell the truth. People are taking the trouble to ask and ask and ask and ask and all they get in return is silence or more untruths. Why?

That's not true though, is it? I know this because if I'm logged in to the game with my email, there is no BGH, if I log out - there it is! I've also seen other posts from people saying they get it on one device with their account but not another.

I get 4 hours of booster and 1 hour of time each day I open the game. I did an update recently and lost everything - including the 978 continual days I opened the game. Contacted King and they gave me some boosters as a 'goodwill gesture'. Goodwill gesture? I paid for a lot of my bars and boosters anyway!

The response from CandyCrush Soda Saga @King Games is that if you don't have Bubble Gum Hill now, you're not going to get it from now on. They're finished with updates and amendments. If that's what you're hanging around for, don't waste any more of your time or money. Sucks, but there you go.
