Which device are you on Cindy? I can give you the troubleshooting if you want but you will lose saved boosters as they are saved on your device. iPhone. All of my info is stored in my cloud, so I would think that I would lose the boosters.

The game has reset it self several times since then. As of July 4th I should be at 365 days. I have been reset back to day 1 5-6 times since then. I am not happy...
