The Top That event started awarding Gold Bars (5, 10 & 40) at various tiers before reaching the final 250 just this week. Candy Royale does give boosters throughout the event but the Gold Bars are not awarded until the end when all levels are completed. The time allocated to finish both events are very different as well.…

Unfortunately, there is no way to opt out of this new tiered Candy Royale event. I have had it for several months and it has eliminated me when I move from one episode to the next. I actually like the game which is why I have been playing for a long time. My frustrations are not with the game but with these so called test events. This event really just needs to be removed if Scrooge has no intention of giving the Gold Bars. I have had this event for several months now as well. Like you I have been playing this game long enough now to know nothing is as it appears. The real question should be are you able to collect the Gold Bars or is it just another ploy to get players to think they will get the reward and use whatever means possible to win.…
