Not all levels increase in difficulty. You can mow through 4 or 5 levels, then get stuck on the next one for two weeks.

Complete all orders means that you have to fulfill certain tasks. Usually this means that you have to collect a certain number of blue, red, or orange candies. It could also mean you have to drop a certain number of acorns. The orders are typically listed at the top for mobile phones and to the left for Facebook page apps.
