Hi! Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately it didnt help. I tried all your suggestion, the last thing I did was to reinstall andI lost my progress :`( eventhough I had an account and it was supposed my progress was saved. I had to start from the beginning. I'm so dissapointed. Elena
