I'm passing levels with rewards but I didnt receive any. From level 312 rewards and boxes were never opened.
Now I cant continue playing because it takes me to those levels.

Save it to your device, then come to the King care site from the same device, and do you see the little icons just above where you would answer me? One is a link, one a photo and one a video..click on the photo and it will ask you to upload the picture you need

could you add a screenshot? This will help me get a clearer picture of your issue.
You take a screenshot on android by pressing and holding down the power and volume down button at exactly the same time, until the screen flashes and the image is taken
I could reinstall my progress, but the problem is still there. All the challenges with the rewards I didnt receive in the levels I already passed are there, and now I cant continue because it asks me to go back to pass those levels with the challenges.
Don't worry Elena, I am sure we can get your progress back.
First, how were you connected? Via the Kingdom or to a Facebook account?

Hi! Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately it didnt help. I tried all your suggestion, the last thing I did was to reinstall andI lost my progress :`( eventhough I had an account and it was supposed my progress was saved. I had to start from the beginning. I'm so dissapointed.
