Tried uninstall reinstall, still won't load. Are we the only 2 people with this problem?

I play on windiws 10 also, game worked this morning. Now it starts to load and then disappears. the other CC games still work.

I have a tip, get rid of timed boosters and remove timed striped and wrapped candies, they're useless.
