I tried twice to buy gold, and both times I received a message saying the transaction didn’t go through. However, my credit card was charged twice for $148.31 CAD. So 148$ X 2 = 296$. I want to receive the gold I purchased or get my money refunded.

Hi, thnks a lot for your help. For now, I have a problem to login my MicroMicrosoft account I see that only the purchase via Visa don't go through id I use my debit card it works. I will ry to connect to my Microsoft account a bit later
