I recently downloaded CCS from Microsoft Store. All good, until I closed the window. Opened it later and the layout changed so it looks like a phone-mode screen. Image attached for reference. If I uninstall, then reinstall, I get the good (original) screen back, but close it and open it again... same happens. I've read…

Still the same prob with logging in via FB though. Might be worth forwarding to the techies?

Update: Reinstalled again and tried logging in with my King Account..... it works! Yes, all up-to-date at the level I was on. Hurray!

Thanks for your response. Yes, play on FB as well as the app. Windows 10. Comp all good. Here's the screenshot. Have never had this problem before, but did have a Windows update yesterday, which might be something to do with it. Just tried again now - still the same.

Mine have gone again. And just as I gave in and bought gold bars. Yeah, that'd be right!!

I also have this problem playing from the windows app. It's thanks to this that I'm stuck on level 12601 and have been for a week. I once got so close, I decided to buy some gold bars, but.... just got the wait, wait, wait and nothing happened.

It's back. And no winning streak lost, thank goodness. THANK YOU for sorting it. Pity I'm now so low on gold bars. Ho hum.
