Logging in via FB

I've just reinstalled the game with Microsoft Store app on my laptop. Tried to login using my FB account, but keep getting this message.

Login Error: There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later.

I've tried uninstalling and reloading, but no luck... even after a thorough clean up, cache and cookies, etc.

Am I the only one to suffer? Thanks, in advance for advice

    Hello @Hilzz and welcome to Soda community!

    I don't think I've ever read a issue report like this so we can try to find out what's going on 🙂

    • Do you usually play Soda on microsoft app connected to your FB account? Do you play Soda on Facebook website as well?
    • is your device up to date?
    • Which version of Windows is installed? 10? 11?
    • does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
    • are you able to take a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to log in ? Provided sensitive infos such as names and email address are not displayed? that's because screenshots are very helpful for Soda Team when I forward players' reports to them 🙂

    Yes, play on FB as well as the app. Windows 10. Comp all good.

    Here's the screenshot.

    Have never had this problem before, but did have a Windows update yesterday, which might be something to do with it.

    Just tried again now - still the same.

    Update: Reinstalled again and tried logging in with my King Account..... it works! Yes, all up-to-date at the level I was on. Hurray!

    Still the same prob with logging in via FB though. Might be worth forwarding to the techies?

    Hi!

    can do that 🙂 I'd need one final thing, to be able to find youwhat's your game user ID number? so your game account can be located

    Visit profile settings of Soda app and tap twice on King logo at the top to retrieve your number. More infos here

    I have tried to get help with my email not receiving anything when i need help. I just received a pop up that said added something to my account. Do not see anything different nor added. No email. I have sent numerous help inquiries to support with no response. Also ihave saved my wonderballs and wodered are they going to be taken away? Thank you if someone can help me
