I was on level 2800 with a 171 day log in run. Suddenly it stopped loading anything that needed internet. I reset the app but that didn't work so I uninstalled it now I can't install it at all. I click on install and nothing happens. Have I lost everything???

So i reset the app on my laptop everything is back but as soon as I close the app, I lose ieerything again and I go back to day 1. I don't want to keep resetting it everytime I play

Thank you! I have been in touch with microsoft and I'm now back in the game and can continue from level 2871, however I have lost my 171 day log in streak. Even though I can log in again, I'm still having the same issue with the internet options not working The team games etc aren't showing up
